I am unsure why anyone would make excuse for these guys. Sheer incompetence, demonstrated regularly with over promise and under deliver mantra. This penny stock melt-up is finite, and I would not want to be stuck with this garbage when the party ends.
If mass becomes Rec legal guaranteed investors will pop up. Why would they invest a couple months before finding out a major decision that would affect their investment
