DNRG's new debt likely to be $18,000,000, why DNRG has debt like this, who knows....


And how and when DNRG will address the loss of The City of David PPA is another issue. I believe the UJ Rubicon will end up not happening. Reason being that UJ was part of the deal package. City of David 18 months is up in DECEMBER then DNRG & GRAECREST could not secure the financial guarantees for the project.

note holders have this in their death spiral. they been shorting against the box since the S1 was announced.

I'm still waiting for them to bottom it out.. once they flatline it, load the bid patiently
