I particular - these two parsed segments of the PR from yesterday kind of stand out to me:

Upon a final short form base shelf prospectus (the “Shelf Prospectus”) becoming effective, these filings will, subject to securities regulatory requirements, allow the Company to make offerings of up to $100,000,000 of common shares, preference shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription receipts, units, or any combination of such securities (all of the foregoing, collectively, the “Securities”) during the 25-month period that the Shelf Prospectus is effective.


$100,000,000 is a lot of money,....

The threat of this is probably what is driving both the volume here and the movement down we've seen the last couple of days,...

On the flipside,... that's a lot of capital to be used IF the company doesn't have a solid plan of moving the Idaho mine forward (finally).

Also:

during the 25-month period that the Shelf Prospectus is effective.


Suggests that they make their move within 2 years,... or they don't make a move.
