The RS paid off but the fear of more convertible debs, lack of general understanding of the business, and fear of a possible "buggy whip manufacturer" is keeping this suppressed. Rightfully so, the poor third quarter spooked the already jittery shareholders.
I think the only thing keeping the company from being sold is that Sifton personally bought a pretty healthy quantity of shares. Its my opinion that this stock will have plenty of ups and downs to trade over the next year but that anything under $2.00 is a projected 3x return in the next 2 years.
My personal strategy is to sit tight on to my core holdings and trade the movement.
