Oh, the company will be very successful in my opinion, but they don't want to keep their end of the deal as a publicly traded company. They just want the market to pick up the tab while they line their pockets with the remaining 85 million commons.
Their entire infrastructure is based on diluting the crap out of the common shares and scalping revenue through those BS royalties.
Changing the share structure is what I have been waiting for but they just keep issuing more and more and more and when they issued 10% with a ratchet, I knew it was all over. Also the CFO has like 750K shares with like 200k more given to him in quarterly increments.
Don't forget who's running this... a tax evader, a felon, and a 'NASD permanently disbarred' (ex)broker.
