For lack of the proper legal terms, IMX is the lead debtor and all other entities of IMSCQ are filing in conjunction with IMX.
So when searching for Court Filings you will want to use IMX's Case Number 16-12238.

Actually, I have not been up on how an old IMSC subsidiary is now on the scene.

I think you've said it all. Why should there be any hope given what you said?

Hope for Zapata to spend $20,000 on PR and hired stock promoters, and better video editors who will entice other pink sheet investors for a temporary rally which would allow smart current holders to sell at a better price after the merger? But is that really good and something to hope for?

(Keep in mind most investors wouldn't sell on that rally, but instead hold it through more lows. )

Now, as far as 611's post, that is not a shareholder lawsuit against the company, that is a hearing to see who will represent equity holders (shareholders) in the current IMSCQ bankruptcy case! And like the Shadow said the IMSC case is grouped under a subsidiary for the bankruptcy case. Which leads me to another possible issue. One of the companies I followed through bankruptcy ended up having more debt which was hidden in one of the subsidiaries! I am not saying yet that this is the case here, but it's possible!!!! Much more possible than the fantasy of the courts dismissing IMSC's debt!
