But seriously, the Chinese came and went and haven't been heard from since Sept. 9th. Acoording to Jerry himself, there is nothing but the LOI that expired Oct. 2. People aren't really still talking about that null and void deal are they?

Believe me, if there was a whisper of a deal, there would be PRs about it so Jerry could dump more stock. Why pass up a chance for more free money?
