to Ludvik/WNTR I have been able to get in contact with is Seegee. They told me that the reports that Ludvik had purchased a majority interest in Seegee were not true. I don't think they had ever heard of Frank Kristan.

That's probably why that "press release" about Ludvik acquiring Seegee was only sent to a poster on this board.
