Why would they do that? Maybe there is not enough room for the conversions with the current a/s.

Not surprised at all. I've been checking it daily and expected them to increase it. They are converting debt. Unfortunately the debt holders are selling as soon as they convert. Until they file more news this will be stuck for a while.
