I do agree that it would be great to see insider buying the second that the window opens to do so. But I also believe that the company is engaged in significant negotiations behind the scenes and that if (as always a big "if"), things break correctly, we will be poised to capture significant long term gains.
The one thing that has always bothered me about this stock, however, is the large block selling that almost seemingly never ends. I have no idea where these shares are coming from given that a large % is tightly held. But it remains a significant hurdle and is the reason why the share price is being pushed down even further currently.
