Thanks for post, it was a kind week.
I trade mostly now call writing against long position which I am holding.
I do trade e-mini but less frequently, I am not very active nowadays.
I do think 215.90 area on SPY will be tested soon before a downward leg again.

Health is very important, I am glad you are taking care of it.
I learned a lot from many traders so I try to contribute off and on here on IHUB.
I do it with my free time, sometime it did cost me money because of my lack of attention to my own trade , now it is rare,
