No sense of urgency it seems is correct

We still have to look back at who bought or made a deal in March 2014

..and I always said BPs used have laws that allowed them to pay off small biotechs to hold back a drug and since that is illegal now, they (BPs) seemed to turn to buying out certain small biotechs and now they can hold back a drug that way....now I wonder would they support and PROMISE a big backing for manufacturing side of the house just to hold back Bavi a bit longer...
