You failed to mention the Forward split they did, Capital Change=shs increased by 10 for 1 split, payable upon surrender.
Outstanding Shares 191,872,649 a/o Sep 14, 2016
They only had one reverse split & that was when they went from Formerly=Digagogo Ventures Corp. until 10-2015. This is a new Company now. You also could email them & get more info. from the I/R guy.

MDCN was 40.00 in 2014 not bad. If FTPM gets anywhere above .05 I will be happy.
