The company has decided to Cease filing its financials. So there is no way of determining where any money went. There is usually always a category in the financials where a large portion of money and its disappearance gets dumped into where its very difficult if not impossible to decipher anyway.
That is often a category called CONSULTANTS.
As to funding? To assume by default the company is somehow "funded" would not be well advised.
As for Gannon owning NG600PG LLC ? That would be an even more disparaging scenario now wouldn't it?
