It doesn't matter who the CEO was then. The fact is that CFGX has reverse split before, and almost certainly will need to do so again.
Assuming Norat can pull himself away from his other activities and find some bucks to reinstate the Company with Nevada. What is the excuse for this "world's best CEO" allowing CFGX's incorporation to default? Nothing could be easier than to stay in compliance, which says Norat is either incompetent, or doesn't care.
