Max, right, and lenders play for keeps. This deal is pretty typical of what happens with fledgling and unproven OB stocks who have their backs against the wall. Just thank God, Xkem didnt do a deal with Cornell.

It's true, without Chassman the company will be out of cash, they had no choice in the past, at that time without the launch of the product she was the only choice. But on the other hand the shares she sold, permit the accumulation, I don't think we have much retail sellers at this level since the past few days/weeks, sure she will also keep shares for the long-term. Now things are different with the launch they deal with some non-dilutive financing which is very good for the long-term. glta
