Shares had to be dropped no other explanation. Too many long term holders claiming on the board to be anything else. It doesn't necessarily have to be debt conversion or the company dropping shares you could have an individual or group who own massive amount of shares manipulating the price. They drop a big enough chunk to start the pps down that causes panic selling that drops the pps even further and they buy twice what they sold back for a lower pps.
