well i wont be holding out that long .............look, assuming agreement gets signed , i can see 7 - 10 cents on that news........and past that there will be various drifts and uplifts .....but i know the Chinese and once agreement signed CNOOC are in position to sink some test wells in next dry season..........sleep on that!!
