I wouldn't call that news. It is an article on what Rxi is going after in the opthalmology space. Their opthal pipeline is in very early stages at the moment btw. Also the article is from October 11.

News would come in the form of a PR released by the company that announces new data, upcoming presentation at a scientific conference, or a strategic update. Like the past ones listed here.
