The question is, Phil, whether the cost of MPE deliveries is decreasing for the clients. It seems, and I might be wrong, that we're delivering more and yet revenue has been declining. Maybe its competition, maybe it's a naturally declining cost, like telephone service, anyway, I still think it's all about Clipstream, boom or bust.
