Well Bigger better get a sale or revenue quickly or the naked shorts are going to bury this thing.

Management wants (and frankly needs) shareholders to believe every word. That's why they put out these wordy, flowery NR's (many of the $5 words aren't even used in the appropriate context/syntax). It's all smoke and mirrors in language riddled with qualifiers.

"Runway for capital investment" - He's had adequate capital investment for years. There is no evidence to suggest the company has received or has even needed any additional funding apart from that resulting from the private offerings that are ongoing and continuous. Certainly nothing suggests that was a factor impeding progress. And if the device worked as designed (note they now concede it's still kind of under design - can't argue it works but still have to justify why they have no design/engineering staff on board), they wouldn't need any additional capital because - wait for it - somebody would buy 1 or 20 or 100, or at least enter into a binding agreement allowing the company to secure the appropriate funding needed to build the things.

Less than perfectly qualified? We are talking about a ex-soldier and an ex-CHP officer. They don't have any formal business education whatsoever and haven't done anything but pay themselves above-market salaries while selling nothing but dilutive securities (which also, by the way, injures our collective interests).

What you call "wretched secrecy" of NDA's runs both ways, unfortunately. For all we know, the company could be (and probably is) using the NDA's to shield itself from shareholder scrutiny. (I don't know why they are worried, nobody ever tells them "no" to anything they want, anyhow.)

Now we are sitting at a dime. Not surprisingly, this precipitous drop from .15 to .10 occurred just over six months after the early spring offering closed. Coincidence? Looks like Bigger will have to drop to .5 (probably already happened, let's be honest). For the benefit of the insiders who bought at .10, the pump will probably be ongoing.

Shareholders have been absolutely crushed by this outfit. Expect more of the same with a heavy dose of "success is just around the corner" to keep the paper sales moving. I would absolutely love to admit I am wrong, and potentially make back some of the huge beatdown I've taken from our slick management crew, but there is no reason to believe anything they say or that anything will change in the short or long term.

Anyone checked to see if there are any SEC updates?
