I am sitting on the sidelines waiting for a new signal - if there is news to follow the R/S then I will judge the reaction - right now this will just collect dust until facts are verifiable.
Based on previous PR's this stock didn't move so I expect that to continue - right after the PR comes out I will look at shorting because there are likely many who will lose patience seeing as its been 2 years and we've already seen the r/s followed by nothing.
