SC, Hating these douchebags isn't going to help, it'll only make you bitter. I'm no fan of Nixon, but something he said made a lot of sense - “Those who hate you don't win unless you hate them, and then you destroy yourself.”
So better to just say the hell with them and move on. Most people over a certain age are too far gone anyway and the truth is the last thing they're interested in. Can't blame them really, the truth is disturbing and life is already a grim struggle for most people. All they want is a few hours of escape in football and TV.
