No grey area. The law is that you CAN NOT BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY AMOUNT OF CANNABIS. So any detection is crime while driving a moving vehicle. Then in some states its illegal to even posses it or any part of it. It seems that some here who might be in the cannabis Biz just might have an agenda against this type of technology. : )
