Yes even if we get 10% of our shares in the game, the buyout maybe so much that it will be the equivalent of what we had originally

If you break it down it really doesn't matter how many shares we end up with. Fewer shares equals more money per share. A lot of shares equals less money per share. It's all the same math so it doesn't really matter as long as we get back in the game. If I am Upland, I definitely do a secondary of some sort so I don't have any future lawsuits which could hold up a potential deal. It would be the right thing to do morally as well since we have been financing the patent Factory forever
