what is very revealing to me .. having documented PTOI *trades* since Q1 2010
is who is buying since LL's $100,000 infused (and known via filings) in August

i'm curious to see when RH updates the FORM D and what it shows .. and whether
it is updated in advance of 11.25.16 or aligns time wise with DA's 8K
