Is it important to you that the stock move in a certain direction ST?

Stocks move up and down and that means little to me ST as I'll be here for a year or more.

My knowledge of funding/dilution come from all sides of the table as I have done funding.

This company is headed in the right direction and on it's way to profitability.

The capital structure leaves something to be desired but that always works it way out as the company goes positive/profitable.
