Had not seen this article yet, but made some good points regarding past, present, and future of RXMD

Let us see what they plan to do. If they do an acquisition and pay in shares even if they pay part cash, then it is perceived as dilution. pps will go south.
If the do a merge and get infusion then it will be perceived as a plus and pps will continue to rise. If they get acquired by a larger chain then it will be great for everyone.
