Thanks, that explanation does make sense & I was wondering if it was possible evidence of warrants being exercised. This does remind me of trading/warrant action with TPIV last year when warrants being exercised were later confirmed in their 10-K.

Watching PTN L2 today it again didn't look like sellers trying to crash the stock & break support levels. That's why I suspected warrant dumping in the first place. It's not in the warrant holders interest to pound the pps so they need volume to unload what the market can bear.

I assume warrants could also help explain some of the strange sideways chart action with the 4 decimal trades dominating.
