There were a lot of warning signs:

-NYSE wouldn't allow the o/s to be tripled for Dvassive acquisition

-SEC subpoena

-Lack of SEC filings. They really dropped the ball on their filings. After the last halt when they said they were cancelling the acquisition they didn't even file an 8K.
