Not an asckhole!!!! It's the folks on the bid leaving such a gap you're making a flipper heaven. You know that they only want beer money. If they close the spread flippers will leave. If they can make 30 bucks on a flip that's what they'll do. I did it for 10 years. Make some good money everyday doing that.
