He did, I thought we put that in the notes, but he said latest would be January or worst case early February, but certainly could come earlier. He said there is no "delay" they've said for years that early 2017 was the target. They just want to make sure they have all their ducks in a row and the application is complete. I got the sense that he's under promising with the intent to over deliver.
