Suggesting dilution is over is a big mistake. The lower the pps goes the more shares Ray Barton gets as he converts those shares. He is far from done. All these Ray Barton schemes work the same way.
I never invested in a Ray Barton scheme for very obvious reasons - but have seen shareholders that do get totally screwed by dilution and reverse splits. and this will be no different. Mark this post.
From this email alone it is very much taken from the same Ray Barton playbook - as he did the exact same thing mentioned in this email. Some of the email certainly suggests insider info is being given to certain shareholders. tsk tsk...
