Everything you say could be true but it is speculation still.
Initially everybody attacked the liquor license and how it would never be issued.
It took longer than expected but it got issued . I do believe the brewhouse will eventually open and we will just have to wait and see how it plays out. You could be right but I rather wait and see what happens
