The restaurant across the street, Grateful Grub, on the former golf course stated the same to me 2 summers ago more or less. They said cars were there sometimes, but didn't know any of the people from the company. Bates has always lived in California, never really in Indiana. Travis Campbell is the former Mayor's son, the top restaurant in a very small town didn't know who he was, so, easy to connect the dots that nothing has been happening for quite some time. I tried to buy long ago, still waiting for a phone call or email. Did actually buy elsewhere, truly, only for the tax credit and modest insurance savings, it would take quite some time, if ever, to make it back in energy cost savings.
