Exactly. Someone wants to buy, but they are not getting filled at .09, or wherever their lower bid was. So they have raised their bid to .10 in hopes of getting filled there. If not there, they may raise it again, or someone else may put in an even higher bid.

Somebody has to be willing to sell their shares, otherwise none will be available for You to Buy.

This Company has very few shares to sell because most of the shares are held by Insiders.

You can't just jump in and out with KAYS.

You have to be patient.
