The $4 people will be selling in Dec for a tax write off.

We both know the only reason they are holding still is the 1 - 1000 chance ASTI did something before then. And they haven't done anything except dilute and drive the price even lower. those $4 buyers made a big mistake buying.

They aren't holding because they have faith in ASTI or in Victor Lee. they hold until Dec because it is their best-bad option
