Calling that an announcement is BS.

When I announced the real estate, I announced it. Others such as TCA, Ribeiro and MHK said that was a legitimate announcement. They looked at the nature of the properties, the deeds, the association with MyECheck and GreenPay and common addresses and said that was an announcement.

You can't equate an "announcement" as "just announced" to 7 words on Twitter and an article on some rogue website.

I know you would like to call it an announcement but it is not an announcement as "just announced".

However, I think you may know that as well as the existence of the real estate.
