A less obvious subject - what is Edward Snowden's role for the Deep State? Like Assange, he is also a 'limited hangout operation', ie serving a Deep State agenda while pretending to be anti-Deep State.

The real purpose of Snowden's leaked info hasn't been very clear, but the truth may have emerged with the recently implemented plan to turn over control of the Internet to the UN.

Snowden's revelations about rampant NSA surveillance of US citizens has been noted as the key factor in getting the stalled Internet legislation back on track. This has now been accomplished (Oct 1), and the US government has given up control of the Internet to a multilateral body which will most likely be the United Nations International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

What Snowden's revelations did was to make the public believe that the US government (NSA) was not to be trusted with our privacy when it comes to telecommunications and the Internet, and this directly paved the way for the UN takeover of the Internet. Pretty clever, and in one fell swoop the Deep State accomplished its goal of centralizing control over what info will and won't be allowed on the Web.
