......my guess would be NO..................on any paid interest...........there is a provision for 'accrued' interest but we believe accruing interest is suspended within the BK proceedings.........
..............IF......IF......the bhc was sold for a net amount in the $160-$170mm range, based upon the actual NOL of $450-$500mm....................IF..........there is plenty of money to pay all kinds of bogus accruals, bar bills, weed store lay-a-way, 529 contributions, etc.......in addition to priority claimants, seniority claimants, hyenas in hiding, etc...................
