Look for a decision on Tuesday, November 15. This is the first date that the court will be open following the election. Federal courts are closed on November 11 because of Veterans Day.
The judges do not want this matter to become a political "football" so to speak.

If we knew that, then investing would lose all meaning. That is why investing is a lot like gambling...especially in penny stocks. We just dont know what is going to happen until it already has.
