Errr, hmmmm. as an *actual* business owner I can sure see the logic in not wanting anyone, errrrr, calling. Yeah it really makes sense... because we all know who would be calling.. carruding entreties!! Yep having to explain cutting edge, *theirs to lose* technology to some dumber than squawk carruding etrety would be a terrible use of time for the busy business owner of a southern company.
