I normally agree with you about a holding company - but it depends on how they are managed and those involved in the acquisitions. I think some will be surprised at the deal Kim is bringing to NGCG. Who knows if the investment community will be impressed but it isn't like anything I have seen on the OTCM.
I am by no means comparing what Kim is trying to do with the greatest holding company - but Berkshire Hathaway is a example of a Holding company - where a company is acquired and they let the management team for the most part stay in place.
With NGCG and Kim we don't know - I do know he has some very wealthy friends in Hong Kong that have provided financial backing for him in the past and that never hurts.
If you feel that way you might want to liquidate your position and move on to other companies that might provide more immediate gratification.
