From what I can gather, it has to do with the involvement of new management (i.e. new Board member Dan Oran; new CSO Dale Vanderputten, new 'strategic advisor' Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dowd, etc.)
All of their circles seem to be in a process of accumulation - buying up the float. Simple math would suggest that eventually this will lead to a rise in share price.
The good news is that SOMEBODY wants to own this stock and sees the future potential for real growth. We may even see a little bit of a squeeze soon - I'll keep watching with the rest of you - GLTYA
