This is a bargain at that market cap valuation. the whole industry is getting a revision upward from 36 million to 54 millions but only consultants and a few others are getting those valuations due to financial risk due to enviromental ,regulatory and natural production risks do your research but this one is going higher for sure especially since they are already selling
