Sorry, all you have established is that DDCC is late right now in filing their financials. That is by no means proof of a scam. As I said, it is just your opinion. SO you should preface your statements with...In my opinion, DDCC is......" Otherwise by stating that they are a scam, this could possibly be construed as fact by some readers which would be MISLEADING.
