Meandering is the case when no one is willing to sell, and the price within low volume has little significance. In the case today, it is the asking price in play that holds what is true because of the low-volume energy. Everyone has a much larger vision of higher prices now that we all know what is going on in the background by legitimate, 3rd party investors, namely Dr. Sharp in his announcement of partnering with MMTC by public speech. Now that everyone knows this and other facts, there is no reason to sell. I think the price will just blow in the wind until some substantial news from the company comes our way. But if market makers want to make some money by MMTC, they will have to raise the price to shake the tree.
