You know Phil, I was wondering about that too(an R/S), but I think I agree with you 2.2 is less than 50% of the authorized shares and for the most part splits usually occur when it is more like 75% to 90% dilution...so IMO..I don't think we will see a R/S out of the gate and is in good enough shape to see a good run.
