I think it signals confidence. I believe they have a feel how the rGBM trial is going... in Israel and the US.

It's positive news, but not a huge commitment. In case there are issues with vb111 phase 3, they can always break the lease with minimal costs depending on structure of the contract. Will be watching to see what happens over the next 6-12 months.
