Yes.

They are 100% fake. Nothing but a worthless tailings pile in Russia. It not only has no value, much less a value of billions, it actually has negative value, since the environmental liabilities far outstrip whatever metals remain in the pile. And even if there were no environmental liabilities, the remaining metals cannot be extracted at a profit.

That's funny, I took away that it would be very risky to go on file with fake billions. So when they do, you will know it's for real. Especially with all the reputations of our big wigs on record :)
